Deposits are required for most bookings or for larger groups and in some circumstances, deposits 50% pay of the total cost in advance and then covers the remaining balance with their payment when arrived the hotel before starting tour.

Should the client wish to cancel, cancellation charges will be imposed. All cancellation must be received in writing, sent to us via email or WhatsApp Telegram. Angkor Transport Services must be informed in writing. These are calculated from the day written notification is received by the Angkor Transport Services or their agent as a percentage of the total tour price, including surcharges, as shown below:
– 48 hour and more days before departure – free of charge
– Less than 48 hours before departure – 100%

It’s a good idea to bring extra cash with you on our tours in case you would like to purchase something during your journey! Also, food and drinks are not included in our tours, unless stated otherwise, so that cash will come in handy!

However, we don’t recommend bringing large bills like a $50 or $100. Try to keep your bills at $20 or below as some places will be unable to give you back change.
Most places do not accept debit or credit cards!
